Just in time for the last post in march

So, we have been riding on a motorbike together last sunday ;)

We visited our great-grand-parents in Velserbroek.


And it was really nice (but warm in their house).


Victor is getting more and more awake.

But when he sleeps, he has a little animal to keep him company.

So, see you all in april again. I cannot wait, my grandparents are coming in april!

I have started to smile a bit to my parents and brother. But I don't really like to do it on camera ;)



I have also found that it can be quite relaxing to have your thumb in your mouth.

When my dad solves some trouble with the blog, I will put some more pictures and a movie of my brother so stay tuned...

I love my big brother

Just to show you all that I can have my moments of deep thought. (I'll not tell you what I am thinking about ;))

I have also been practising keeping my head up. It is really good to practise that in the ring.

And look how nice my brother is to me. He has been giving me the bottle today! He is really careful and helps to clean my face when I spill some milk. He just needs to start eating a bit more neatly, he looks to be eating with all of his face :)

Hello March

So another month has started. I will try to update the blog a bit more frequently.


I have been playing at the peuterspeelzaal.

Sitting with my brother,but I am not sure he was so happy ;)


Victor has been lying in the ring, watching the sheep on there.

It is also getting a bit warmer, so I could even go out on the terrace a bit to ride my tricycle.


Did you see how tall Victor is? He will not fit on the changing-pillow soon ;)

Here we are again

As you can see I have been taking very good care of my little brother. He is now 54cm long and 4460 gram heavy. He is really growing good!


Me, I was allowed to eat in front of the tv last sunday. That was really nice, it all tasted even better...


But unfortunately it was only for sunday, so I am back at the table :(


As you can see Victor is now much more awake as before.


And he even had his first try-out-bottle with dad. That also went very good.

I also went out with mum and dad for the first time. My big brother was on his bike. It was very cold they told me, but I was nice and warm.

I'm back home

So, I have returned home after staying at Opa & Oma's place for a few days while my brother was born and came home.


Now I could take a good look at him.


I also ate beschuit met muisjes. I like them a lot, it's good to have a little brother :)

Victor is born!

So, let me introduce myself.


My name is Victor, and I thought it was not necessary to wait all 40 weeks when you are weighing 3840 gram.

I cried at my parents for the first time at 0:58 this morning.

My mum and dad are really prood of me and I think my big brother also when he will see me.

2009 has started

I have started to try to help mum in the house because my brother or sister should be born soon, and mum cannot do things so easily anymore. Here I am doing the dishes.


It was really nice weather the beginning of this year, with snow and ice. Here at the children's farm the grass was completely white.

But the last few days it is much warmer again, so I can go out and bike. Really nice !

So, oma and opa are here for christmas.


I got a very nice boat. But I have already broken it... (luckily we still have the pictures)

And I also have a very nice duplo machine. It's cool!


And I have the varicelle (waterpokken in dutch). This photo is from when it just started. It is now almost back to how it was on this photo.

So, to close 2008, I have to show you how I am biking on the bike I got for my birthday from opa and oma. My other opa has helped me to know how to move the pedals around, and now I can ride a bike in our garage. I even know how to make a turn, cool or not?

Christmas days

So before the christmas holidays, I have been quite busy. I have been brudhing my teeth with mum.

Dressing up like zwarte piet at the creche. And offcourse unwrapping all the gifts I got from Sinterklaas!

And well, I have played a lot with my gifts. Don't you think it is a nice fire department with the helicopter?
I also have a cool Nijntje laptop on my own desk. Including a nice cupboard to put all my toys in!
Oh, and mum is doing a lot of breien. I believe she is making a poncho, she is going really good with it! And me, I am very good at eating cookies ;)
